If you are not 100% satisfied with your glasses or sunglasses purchase simply return within 30 days and we will refund or exchange your purchase. 

You may exchange or receive a refund on your glasses if you are not 100% satisfied with them, simply by:

  • Contacting us us within 14 days after they have been despatched. The returned glasses need to reach us within 30 days of our original dispatch date.
  • Including the Returns Approved Form (we will email this to you after you contact us) with your returned product.
  • Returning the product in their original condition and with all labels and accessories included in your package (e.g. original package, cases and cloths).

If you do return a product we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected.

When you make a return, you must bear the cost of posting the package back to us. However, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, including postage and packaging, upon receipt of the returned goods in their original condition.
