If you are not 100% satisfied with your glasses or sunglassees purchase simply return within 30 days and we will refund or exchange your purchase.
You may exchange or receive a refund on your glasses if you are not 100% satisfied with them, providing:
- That you contact us within seven days after they have been despatched. The returned glasses need to reach us within 30 days of our original dispatch date.
- You include the Returns Approved Form (we will email this to you after you contact us) with your returned product.
- Returns must be in their original condition and with all labels and accessories included in your package (e.g. original package, cases and cloths).
If you do return a product we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected.
When you make a return, you must bear the cost of posting the package back to us. However, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, including postage and packaging, upon receipt of the returned goods in their original condition.
If you wish to cancel an order that you have made, you must do so within 48 hours of completion of your order.
